We value customer satisfaction, however, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened coffee beans. However, if the product is defective or faulty, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

If the product is defective or faulty, please send it to "Regenera Coffee Support Team" (1-15-2-2611 Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku) by courier with the recipient's receipt. We will reship the same product only if it is in stock. If it is out of stock, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping and product cost. If you wish to return the product, please be sure to contact regenera-coffee@outlook.jp. We will not accept returns using any method other than the one specified by our company.
Payment method: Credit card paymentOrdered products are usually shipped within 2-3 business days, but we are currently waiting for new crops to arrive from Brazil. We will ship as soon as they arrive after April 2025. Information about arrivals will be posted on our website as appropriate. Delivery will be made by the following methods.
- Delivery company: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post
- Delivery area: All over Japan
- Shipping fee: ¥500 (tax included) nationwide, except for Okinawa and Hokkaido, which is ¥1,300 (tax included)
